We still have some spaces available for individual racing in the Caribbean this coming season! Click on the race you are interested in for full information.
When booking an individual berth all boat costs are paid for, as are the skipper and crew. This is a fantastic way to race in some of the most beautiful waters in the world, and you needn’t have to sort out your own crew!
This race weeks is the first of the season and combines 3 events into one. A race around Barbados, 3 days of coastal racing and an offshore race up to Antigua, this fantastic variety is sure to keep all of the crew happy. This racing week is perfect for our Swan, Northern Child and is a great way to start 2016.
PYC in combination with Nonsuch Bay resort are offering 3 days of race training on the popular RS Elites keel boats to help take your sailing to the next level. We will focus on sail trim, manoeuvre and tactics whilst enjoying the idyllic conditions of Antigua. This will be followed by the Valentines to regatta on Southern Child to transfer the skills you have learnt on the RS Elite on to a yacht.
Southern Child is entered in the Jolly Harbour Valentines Regatta which is a great regatta in Five Islands Harbour just around the corner from Jolly Harbour. This weekends racing is run by Regattaguru and the quality of the racing is superb. Combine this with the Race development or the RORC Caribbean 600 to make a longer holiday.
Northern Child still has some individual places available for this prestigious and growing offshore race. The race course takes the boats on an intricate course through some of the most beautiful Caribbean islands and the racing is as competitive as any of the RORC greats. In 2015 Northern Child was the proud winner of the Swan Caribbean Challenge Trophy for the First Swan Overall.
This regatta is one of the more famous of the Caribbean regattas, with great racing, great parties and great camaraderie. We are still taking bookings for Northern Child, so come and join us for a not-to-be-missed regatta.
St Barth is one of the most chic of the Caribbean Islands, which is reflected in this regatta. Hundreds of yacht sailors from round the world have annually made this pilgrimage since 2010 when the regatta was founded. Northern Child can still take more bookings, so please contact us to join in this fabulous event.
